Domestic Shipping
 
We offer FREE EXPRESS delivery Australia wide on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping. Domestic orders are shipped with the Australia Post Express service and are fully trackable online. This service is overnight to most postcodes however in some instances you need to allow 1-3 business days. You can track your order anytime on the Australia Post website here.
MY POST: We recommend signing up for a MyPost account with Australia Post, its free and easy to use and allows you to track your delivery, have it left in a safe place, or sent to a new location. If you wish to sign up for a MyPost account click here.
CUT-OFF TIMES: Orders placed before 12pm (MELB time) will be sent same day. Orders placed after 12pm (MELB time) or on a public holiday will be sent the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends, therefore orders placed on Friday before 12pm will arrive on the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered Tuesday. Delivery is overnight to most Australian locations. Some remote postcodes may take up to 3 days. Please contact us if you would like an estimated delivery time of delivery for your postcode. 

International Shipping

The below services and time-frames apply to NZ, UK, USA and Canada. Please contact us to enquire about transit times for your location if not listed.

Standard Delivery ($15.00)

A non-trackable, standard shipping service that may take between 5-14 business days to arrive. 

Express Delivery  ($25.00)

A trackable, express shipping service that may take between 1-3 business days to arrive. 

 
Additional Information
If no one is at the designated address at time of delivery, satchels will be left in a secure place. If it is not possible for your satchel to be left at your address, an attempted delivery card will be left specifying redelivery instructions.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email from us advising that your goods have been dispatched. This email will specify tracking information so that you can trace your order online. 

 

RETURNS

We want you to absolutely love your new May purchase! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we can gladly accept a return, provided you meet the requirements of our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

Australian & New Zealand Customers

Returns requests must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order. We suggest that garments are tried on as soon as they are received, to ensure your request can be approved within our policy time-frame. Return requests will not be accepted after this time period.

All returns are assessed individually and all items being sent back must be in their original condition, must not have been worn, altered or washed and all swing tags must remain in tact. Your return must be sent within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorisation (RA#). Any returns received outside this time frame cannot not be accepted by our Returns Department. 

Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email and arrange your requested outcome. Your return request will be processed within 7 days from receiving your return.

International Customers

A return request can be lodged only for a faulty garment. International customers are currently ineligible to return their purchase for any other reason.

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned for an online credit or exchange only. There is a strict no refund policy applied to all sale items, unless considered faulty.

Returns Instructions

If you would like to lodge a return, please contact info@maythelabel.com and request a Returns Authorisation number.

Once you receive your RA#, please complete the Returns Form, which should have been included with your order. If you cannot locate your Returns Form, please contact us for a copy. The completion and inclusion of the Returns Form is required to ensure a successful return process. 

Your return must be sent within 7 days of receiving you RA #. Any returns received outside this time frame cannot not be accepted by our Returns Department. 

Upon completing the Returns Form, please ensure to select one of the following return outcomes:

Online Credit

Your online credit will be to the value of your total return and is valid for six months from the date of issue.  Any orders placed using an online credit are ineligible for a return unless considered faulty.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your purchase for an alternate size or style, we can gladly arrange this for you. Please ensure to list your requested exchange item in the Exchange section of the Returns Form. All exchanges are subject to availability. Any exchanges processed are ineligible for a return unless considered faulty. In the event that your exchange is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or online credit only. We offer free outward shipping for your exchange (Australia wide) Exchanges will be processed within 7 days from receipt of your returned item(s). All exchanges are subject to availability.

Refund

A refund will be processed via your original payment method, and are available only for full priced items. Please note, payments made via Paypal may take 3-5 business days to clear.
